Smart-UPS 3000 RM Overload alarm triggered even with low load

Hi,

I have problem with Smart-UPS 3000 whereby it will pop up alarm of overload whenever try to connect the load. This is new UPS unit requested to replace a faulty one and yet the unit cant function on the same load. Please advise on this matter. Thanks

Hi Gabrinny - 

Was the unit replaced under warranty? In order to troubleshoot we would first need some information like the exact model and serial number as well as what exactly the load is that you are trying to connect. It may be faster/easier for you to contact tech support in your local region to assist.
