       I have smart ups alarm showing discharged battery, I changed new battery last two week before but alarm same. can i get support.

       Modal no : SUA3000RMI2U

       Load : 28.6%

       Runtime : 9 mins

Hi Mohideen,

Can you tell me what are the LED lit in front of the unit? Also just to clarify, SUA3000RMI2U is an international model which means the input power should be 230 volts, is this where the unit being plugged into?

Hi Merick,

AS request battery LED bar continuously blinging and input voltage 243v, the input power connected to direct main power.

how can slove the problem.
