hi, sometimes I get different UPS(all smart UPS) with all the LED indicators flashing, can anyone explain why? What does it mean?

Hi Terrence,
Sorry to hear that you are having issue with your Smart UPS, would you have the model number and serial number of the UPS? Is there any audible alarm coming from the unit? if ALL the LED on the unit is flashing this might indicate that the unit has an internal fault, we can try to brain dead the UPS and see if the UPS can recover. (kindly provide the model of the UPS, so we can provide the proper procedure to brain dead the UPS).
