Hi,
We have been using a Smart UPS 2200 for a few years now and replaced the battery with a genuine one week or so ago. All went well until this morning when the device suddenly would not boot up and constantly beep, no writings on the LCD, just blank with backlight. I tried removing the battery, starting without any load and leaving it overnight with any power, nothing helped. Is there any way I can diagnose the issue?
Issue in summary again:
Connected to the device were 3 HP Office computers with light excel/surfing and monitors plus one printer. The Smart UPS never showed us an error before and there never was any surge or outage in the office.
Thanks

Hi,
It sounds like you have already done so but you can try to reset the UPS by performing a brain dead.
1) Turn off and unplug UPS from wall
2) Disconnect Battery
3) You may hear an audible "click" from the UPS.
4) Reconnect battery, plug unit back in the wall, and turn UPS back on
If that does not resolve the issue the UPS should be replaced.
