Have there been any instances where this model has briefly lost power

despite no drop in the mains power source?

Hi, I am more familiar with US domestic UPS's but I would like to know what did you experienced with this UPS? Did the UPS totally went off or was it online or on battery when this happened? Did it gave out any visual or audible indicator?

Sorry, Jon. I've only just seen your reply (I was expecting an email notification). The UPS was online and there was no indication before it happened. The power drops and the UPS resumes immediately. The PC is nearly always idling and unattended, and there's no suggestion of a thermal cutout. It occurs on average every five days.

I've decided to take the PC off the UPS and see what happens over the next week or two.

The problem got worse after I ran the PC without the UPS, so clearly the UPS is innocent.
