Smart UPS 1500 keeps beeping

We have a Smart Rack Mount UPS 1500 for our TV Equipment. It has been beeping every 10 minutes for the last month or so. Last night we replaced the batteries, but it is still beeping. Anyone know what else could be causing this issue?

Well there isn't a defined beep pattern for every 10 mins. It's hard to say without some sort of software installed or other symptoms, such as LEDs on the display. We can then see if it's showing any issues in the log such as a fault or a power loss/dirty power etc. If you have a network management card, this is very easy to set up. If not, I would suggested installing Powerchute business edition. You would however need to download our software and would need a USB or serial cable. What is the model # of the this UPS? There should be a white sticker on the back. We have many smart ups 1500s new and old. Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you just have more info to give us.
