Hello Franklin,
I am sorry that you are having an issue with your SRT.
The error code should be able to found in the logs.
After getting the code, I would recommend doing a "braindead and coldstart" process:
Open the upstream breaker
Disconnect all batteries from the internal UPS and any batt packs
After waiting 30 seconds, reconnect the batteries in the UPS
Start the UPS on battery
If the fault still remains, please call tech support at 800 800 4272
