Smart APC 1500 not go to on utility

My APC Smart 1500 not go to On utility when the power source back again. I have to press the power button to start the UPS. 

Any one has an idea how to solve this issue.

Hi Mohamed - 

Can I get the exact model and serial number of your unit? Are you using any shurdown software like Powerchute Business Edition? If you have a Network Management Card installed could you provide the logs?
