Shut down Symmetra 80Kva

Hi,

I work in a data center and we are planned a stop operation of data center. How i turn off and later turn on the Symmetra 80Kva ?

Go to operation section.

Make sure you lock out and tag out the input breaker that supplies power to the UPS while the unit is off. Also if the UPS is going to be off for a day or more pull all of the batteries out about 2 inches until the red line on the top of the batteries line up with the frame.

Good Evening. Why are you shutting it down? How long will the critical load be removed? Are you performing some sort of PM on the unit? Can you put it in by-pass while you do it?

I rarely see a situation that requires a total shutdown of a Symmetra, especially an 80kVa one. Did you have an EPO event? Sorry, I would like to assist but need more information.

As for a total shutdown, I would recommend the user manual.
