Hi,
This means your UPS failed its battery self test. The batteries are likely bad and require replacement. This is what would be expected anywhere from 2-5 +years old depending on the battery usage, environment, etc.
If this UPS is new and/or in warranty, you'll want to contact technical support. Otherwise, it may just be time to purchase replacement batteries. A failed self test would normally try to warn you about 1 month ahead of when the UPS's batteries will fail completely. You'll definitely want to check into this ASAP - like age of your batteries, how many need to be replaced etc otherwise your UPS won't be able to support power outages if it is not resolved.
