Smart SRT graceful shutdown

We have a SRT10KXLT serial AS1629371766 and and a few days ago there was a lot of electrical fluctuation in the area. The UPS log events shows a graceful shutdown and the output power was turned off and all the servers was shutdown. Next, when the UPS turn on, two servers was damaged. I do not find any reason for this. According to the data log the batteries were never discharged. the backup time was one hour 46 minutes, and there is no prolonged blackout in the event log. The shutdown configuration menu does not show any programmed shutdown.

I would appreciate if you can help us clarify what happened, and why the UPS did a graceful shutdown.
