I have SURTD3000XLI smart apc ups. The battery was faulty and changed to brand new. i on the ups it started showing one red light and one battery ball.please see the attachment below

Your control panel is showing a fault code (the red light above the "X"). The code that it is showing is related to the inverter section. There is no "auto recovery" from this state. You can try "brain dead" and "cold starts", but likely will need to be repaired/replaced. Your Schneider tech must help at this point.
