I have a fault in an APC SURT10000XLI ups
The red led of the fault is on
the green Led's to the right show as the following:

Hi Ahmed,
Based on the info you gave us the fault you're getting is a "DC Bus Over Voltage", I would recommend that you "Braindead" the UPS and see if it will recover from the fault condition, if it doesn't do call our Technical Support at 1-800-800-4272 and provide the model and serial number of your unit to know your options in replacing the unit.
