Dear all
I have a UPS with LED X access and two LED battery indicator (3 and 4 ) it is not working
kindly advice on how i can fix this ,
the leds are showing this (0=off; 1=on)

Hello Tuyishimire,
Good day to you. Based on the LEDs you attached, it indicates a battery related capacitor fault. There are several things that could cause this.
1. We have to confirm that all batteries are in good condition. Kindly check the age of the batteries. And if you have a known working batteries, kindly swap them.
2. We can also perform the following TS outlined on : http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156611/
