You can hardwired the SURT7500XLT on single phase input. Just ensure that the incoming wires ( 1 live (hot ) , 1 neutral and 1 ground/earth are connected to the rear panel of the UPS as per user manual instructions. The live (hot) wire will goes to L1, the neutral wire will goes to L2/N and lastly the ground/earth wire will goes to ground. Please ensure that the connections are securely, firmly and corectly connected. If there is a switch at the panel , ensure that the switch is switched to indicate single phase setup. Measure the incoming voltage to ensure it is around 240V.
Thanks and Regards.

Yes the unit can be connected to a single ph. 240v source, as long as the wiring remains H H G. The unit accepts 208 or 240 and can also configure its output for 208 or 240. It is listed as 208v because that is the "nominal" or default voltage the system expects to run at.

HI, Terreneuve
The APC SURT 7500XLT can be wired to used single phase incoming voltage of 240. Just ensure that the incoming supply is of 3 wires, - 1 live ( hot ) , 1 neutral and 1 ground/earth wire. If there is a switch on the APC UPS hardwiring panel, ensure that the switch is switch to 1 phase ( single phase ). As per the installation manual states, you connect the live (hot) wire to L1, the neutral wire to L2/N and the Ground/Earth wire to Earth / Ground connectors. The qualifired electrical personnel must ensure that the wires are connected securely, firmly and correctly. Check the incoming voltage and its related wires before you powered up the APC unit.
Good luck!!
Regards
