Symmetra LX - Internal battery temperature threshold violation
Internal battery temperature threshold violation message from Symmetra LX. Started having batteries overheat for no reason. Some swollen and very hard to remove. Room temp is 65, all 5 chassis are normal temperatures, internal test pass on UPS, however we have had 7 batteries go down today. Any advice

How old are the batteries (serial numbers would tell us)? Did you have any power outages recently? When you say the internal self-test passed, when did/does that occur?
Typically for swollen batteries in an LX, disengaging the module either by pulling it out of the frame a few inches or turning the black knob on the front to the "off" position and allowing them to cool (maybe point a fan at them, too) will cause the swelling to go down enough to fully remove the battery.
You mention 7 batteries so you must have an extended run frame. What is the frame model number?
