SURT 10000XLI Service & Cable Connectors

Hello,

My name is Bharath Kumar V, in possession of SURT 10000xli ups. This UPS was working fine but had to take it offline for storage purposes reserved for future use.Now after 6 months I took it out for installation but the internal wires from Battery compartment to the board and External Power Connector to the board are cut due to some rodent working its way in).

I managed to clean everything in the PCB side of the compartment but unable to clean and verify the battery side of things.

Questions to be answered.

1. How do I access the battery compartment , I mean completely not via inserting batteries slot.
2. Where can I get those wire to board connectors. From what I can see the connectors are 6.35mm pitch.partnumbers would be useful ordering via mouser.
3. Any internal service manuals I can get hold on?.
4. Is there a way to remote the pcb compartment seperately from the battery compartment in this model .
