Dear All,
Could anyone please advice what is the battery model (Part Number) for this UPS? It seem that I can't find any replacement battery for this UPS model at APC website.
Thanks & regards,
Dan

This older UPS is an EMEA region only model. It appears to sort of be like a mini Silcon type UPS. Regardless, the battery systems are not like other modern Smart-UPS unfortunately so I can't find a part number for the replacement battery. I found this user's guide online -> http://pc-eko.pl/~xangel/elektronika/Schematy%20UPS/APC%20SUDP4000I,%20SUDP6000I,%20SUDP8000I,%20SUD... which doesn't specify batteries for the 10000 model. Though, it does for the 8000 model and specifies some of the details.
We don't have that UPS here in NAM so I'd recommend you double check with your local support, presumably in the EMEA region, and see how they handle a request for this UPS type. But I can at least tell you, we don't have an RBC part number like we do for other UPS models and it is more complicated than that for this UPS model.
