I have a Smart-UPS 750 RM that frequently goes into AVR Trim mode and sends a notification to my cell phone:
PowerChute Business Edition has detected the following event: Extended Overvoltage on Agent Gateway-i7
I checked the High-Transfer Voltage settings but they were set to 127v so I'm not sure why it goes into AVR trim at 124.5v??
The notifications every day are starting to get pretty annoying, it is just a matter of increasing the high transfer voltage to say 130v?
Any information you can provide would be great.

When I had this problem it turned out the incoming was going above the specified range, the UPS doesn't do a constant log so it can appear the voltage is within range. We ended up getting a monitor fitted to our consumer unit that logged every 5 seconds. This was enough for the electricity board to see it was going above range, it was higher again at the substation when they moved the monitor there. We ended up having the substation dialed down 10 volts and it has been fine since.

Hey Jamie,
I am having the exact same issue a few times a day ... did you get any response or resolution to this?

Nope, still happens all the time 😞 I shut off the e-mail notifications so it doesn't annoy me as much.
