Hi Friends
I have sua3000uxi ups in my network with 13 pc with all 15" led monitor load.
My ( 1 ) problem is last day I install 4 x 100ah new battery install ( 48v) Battery is fully charged by company but every morning ups charged from 1 light to last light indication on front panel.
(2 ) problem is on full load front indicator shown only 2 indicator light. I seen in apc-fix & Powerchute software 200w showing In load menu. And my model number is also shown incorrect ( Smart-UPS 3000xl ) but I have SUA-3000Uxi ( is configuration mistake in ups install ? )
Can anyone give me proper calibration constant details for above model
Thx
Prashant Pathak

ok, it sounds like you need to do a calibration potentially here.
did you discharge the UPS completely when you did your test?
a manual calibration requires at least 30% of stable load that does not fluctuate more than 5% and any communication cables to the serial or USB ports should be removed. let the UPS run like this until it turns off (assuming you start with a full charge), and check the results.
It seems like though this could potentially go for several hours..

hello.
1.) what types of batteries are connected to this system? are these APC batteries or third party? was the battery bar graph indicator full previously? do these batteries have any communication to the UPS?
2.) the model is correct with Smart UPS 3000 XL. The Network Management Card or PowerChute cannot report the exact model. Yours is a 3000VA XL model so no problem there. this also cannot be modified.
what is apc-fix? also, how do you know it is on full load when the indicator only shows 2 bars? how do we know the UPS is not reporting correctly? Did it used to?
how old is this system by the way?
