hi,
have UPS SUA3000I when install it and measure O/P found it 246VAC online , not acceptable for load ,try to sit O/P to 220VAC but still reading 246VAC please advise if main board fault or need to set something
please advise.

Have you measured the input voltage being fed to the UPS? Does the front panel indicate it is in boost or trim mode? Also, anytime you change the output voltage, it usually requires the UPS output to be turned off. Thus, any changes you make, I'd want to make sure they are accepted and actually apply. What was the output voltage set to prior to you changing it?
