SUA3000 Output Panel
Looking at getting a pair of SUA3000R2X180. I see some have a 30A twist lock on the output panel on the back, others do not. Can these be interchanged? I see you can get the panels with a twist lock output.
From pictures, I can see that there are 3 neutrals and 4 hots on the connectors (2 hots in parallel to the 30A breaker, so 3 in reality [Idiot prevention so you can't plug them in wrong?]). Brings up the question, are these hots and neutrals all in parallel? If so, I could simply fabricate a new back panel with a breaker and only a 30A twist lock. (These are for test bench use, and I'm an electrical engineer, so I'm not worried) I haven't ordered them at this point so I can't simply look.

Hello -
The SUA3000R2X180 is a special order version of an SUA3000RM2U with an AP9617 preinstalled from the factory.
The standard output on the SUA3000RM2U/SUA3000R2X180 is: (2) NEMA 5-20R and (6) NEMA 5-15R
The optional backplate with the L5-30 output is the SU027RM2U. It is compatible with the SUA3000RM2U or the SMT3000RM2U, which is the replacement UPS model. The SUA's were discontinued around 10 years ago, so anything on the used market would be towards the end of its functional life. The SU027RM2U should still be available through distribution. I really can't speak to modifications.
