AP9630 Firmware Upgrade on SRT3KXLI

Good day, My SRT3KXLI ups does recognize my AP9630 and i have been having issues upgrading my NMC2 on SRT3KXLI who AOS version is 6.7.0, the bootmon is 1.0.8 and sumx is 6.7.2. However, using the hyperterminal method of upgrade, i.e using the XMODEM to receive the upgrade bin. files, i upgraded the sumx to version 6.8.2 first instead of the normal procedure of upgrading the bootmon, then the aos, the the app. sumx. 

Moreover, i have been trying since then to upgrade the bootmon and the aos versions but it is not going through, and i have sine reset the nmc several times if it can be done from start but to no avail. 

Please, kindly help give solutions as the only means of NMC2 upgrade is through the use of hyperterminal (teraterm) i.e XMODEM
