SUA2200 reporting it a Smart-UPS 500 and 24volt not 48volt

SUA2200 reporting it a Smart-UPS 500 and 24volt not 48volt,

below unit 1 is working fine ,, unit 2 is reporting it's a ups500

seems to be a logic prob, inverter fuction working on battery

wont switch to line reporting no volts (false)

i can't seem to change voltage with g +- in terminal

or model string with ^A +- in treminal, z no effect

sorry using linux no  powershute

is there a key combo in terminal

to change model string back to Smart-UPS 2200 ??
