Greetings,
I have had two SURT10000XLT units die withing 16 months of each other with reported inverter faults. Is there a reliability issue with this model UPS or am I just lucky? Every other APC UPS I've ever worked with has been very reliable.

Here is my feedback.
While there are no known "issues," if you're seeing repeating failures, several factors can attribute to that type of thing such as contaminants in the environment, heavy inductive loads, heat, etc. It also could just be bad luck as you said. Anything still under factory or extended warranty would definitely be replaced though for an inverter fault.
