Hi,
I'm wondering if there are located, somewhere, some instructions or pointers regarding how one updates firmware on an SUA1500. One can go to this unit's support page and download a text-based file entitled "powernet410.mib", but what do I do with that?
I've spent some time looking around for an answer to this, but have, unfortunately, come up empty-handed. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks in advance!

SUA1500 does not support firmware updates itself. Only a Network Management Card, if installed, would since it has it's own firmware and it would also utilize the PowerNet SNMP MIB you came up with.
A Network Management Card is an accessory that you install in the UPS SmartSlot in the rear of the UPS (if you're unsure if you have one).
Only newer Smart UPS with the model prefixes SMT or SMX (and I think SMC) are firmware upgradeable.

It's not a big deal - your instructions are what SMT/SMX model UPSs would utilize since they support that functionality.
