SUA2200, continuous 1 beep every 8 seconds, no light

I have a SUA2200 that have not been connected for more than one month or so. So now, when I plugged it, I saw all the lights blinked one time, then went off. Then when I pushed the "Test/On" button, nothing seems to happen,  no lights at all, only 1 continuous beep every 8 seconds.

Any idea?

I have pieces of equipment connected but they receive no power

It seems like the batteries are completely drained, is it normal that even if I push on the ON button they are no lights that are going up.
