SU2200NET update?

Okay - so I have an old SU2200NET that my boss has tasked me with upgrading to the most recent version ... after spending most of today getting the IP address of the network interface card (AP9606) installed - I finally got that working, so now I can access the web interface of the UPS.

I've tried to find instructions on how to upgrade the firmware of the network card and/or the UPS's software, but haven't been able to find anything - so I figured that I would post something here, in hopes that one of you may know what I need to do.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi:

The latest firmware revision for that card is 3.2.6. You can find this on our FTP site. ftp://ftp.apcc.com/apc/public/hardware/webcard/firmware/sumx/v326/

For instructions on the upgrade, see the following knowledge base:

For that card, I recommend the "FTP" method, listed in that document.
