SU2200NET Firmware Upgrade

We have several model SU2200NETs with firmware version, 80.11.D. This appears to be an older firmware version.

The firmware in our model SU2200 test unit is version 80.14.D.

Does anyone know the last version number of the firmware released for the SU2200NET?

Does anyone know how I can obtain and install the latest firmware for the SU2200NET?

Does APC post a firmware revision history for all of their UPSs?

I prefer to upgrade these units via the serial cable. Network cards can be installed if they are absolutely required for the firmware upgrade but this means removing the units from a secure environment so they can be attached to the Internet. I really do not want to move these 100 pound monsters just to update the firmware.

Hi Bobby,

Legacy UPS which have LED front display are not firmware upgradable models. SU2200NET falls under legacy UPS.

Thank you for getting back to me, Vinay.

Can the firmware in these units be upgraded by changing the firmware ROM/EPROM? We do have the ability to duplicate various types of memory chips in house but I do not want to cross any copyright lines. If there is a copyright concern, we are willing to purchase the required firmware chips.

What was the final firmware version released for the SU2200NETs and the SUA2200NETs?

Who is the authorized out of warranty provider for APC in the New York tri-state area? We can always bring them in to service these units.
