EPIC SC420 & SC620

I state that I have installed more than 20 Smart-UPS 700/750/1000/1500 Agent on Linux and Windows Server ... successfully.

I have the following configuration:
MicroServer N40L or N54L
CARD SERIAL PCI-E chipset OXI (working properly because I connected modems and other peripherals, and all work without problems)
RHEL 6.6 64-bit
SC620 or SC420
940-0024E cable (original)

I installed the software Agent PCBE 9.0.3 on the server, without any problems, I opened all the doors Needed to communications.

configured as "Smart Signal" and on the right device, which in this case is "/dev/ttyS1"

When doing a "setserial" is everything ok

The Sever and the Console (911) are installed on a Windows 7 SP1 to until everything is OK.

The problem is that epic from Server, when I add a UPS is correctly identified, but with the signal "Smart" always fails!!!!

I already tried with several different servers with the serial card and integrated with ups and different cables and fails ...

While if you use the signal "Simple" establishes the connection and keeps it properly!!!

Unfortunately with the signal "Simple" functions are limited (and tells me constantly that the UPS is ON-BATTERY) and I'd rather use the "Smart".

Does anyone have a solution epic?
