I tried searching but couldn't find anything on what I am experiencing.
Basically my UPS won't run off building power. About every 10 days power goes off to my building the equipment will remain on until the UPS can't support the equipment anymore. When power is restored to the building everything boots up and starts running like normal. However, today is a different, the power went off but when power was restored the UPS won't work properly. The UPS came on automatically and started powering on my equipment. But immediately it started beeping showed that it was running off battery power alone and then turned off, this happened a couple times and now it wont turn on at all. I have tried different power sources but still nothing.
The UPS will only cold start, however, I do notice the battery is charging when it is plugged in, it started at 20% load now it is showing 40%. However when I try to apply a load to the UPS it will only run off battery power even though there is power running to the UPS.
Any ideas?
