SRT5KRMXLI can't recognize SRT192RMBP external battery packs

Hi all!

Please help with the current issue: 

We have SRT5KRMXLI(Smart-UPS SRT 5000) , 2 days ago I've connected 2 SRT192RMBP external battery packs. But my NMC2 not seeing them.

I've already updated firmware of NMC2 to 6.5.0, did Alarm test, Self-test, Runtime calibration, but in Status-Battery System I always see only Internal Pack. Runtime is not increased...

Firmware of UPS is UPS 04.0 (ID1013) , 11/08/2015.

Hello IT, 

I'll try this week update to the latest version 04.8, but this firmware is not available in Internet.

You need to request this firmware from your local APC (by e-mail).

After getting new firmware , you need to upgrade firmware of your UPS with connected external battery packs.
