APC 1500 pro not turning on

Hey,

After selling my UPS it's been returned to me as faulty and doesn't turn on now!

It used to work fine but now simply the power button and menu button flash fast and there's a weak noise while I press and/or hold the power button.

Any ideas?

Do you think they bought it to harvest parts and sent you the faulty ones back?

this is why I take identifying pictures of internals if it has no warranty void sticker.
