We have just purchased a new SRT6KRMXLT that will be replacing an old SUA3000RMX3U with external pack. I was also able to find a SRT192BP2 unit from a local company that was installed into a rack but never put into service as they had an 8K unit and more packs then they needed. I did not realize that there were 2 different 192v battery packs and was wondering if there was a kit to modify the BP2 into a straight BP with the correct cable and harness?
Thanks.
Erik

Hi Erik,
There reason that the SRT192BP2 is not compatible with the SRT6KRMXLT is because the BP2 requires a communication cable to be plugged in going from the battery pack to the UPS. The SRT6KRMXLT does not have a communication port to allow for this to be possible. Unfortunately, there is no way to modify the BP2 to allow communication with the SRT6K.
Regards,
Nicole
