Hi, I'm having trouble with version 3 snmp - I have updated firmware for 7 APC metered racks (model AP7953) - However for 2 of them I'm having problems talking to them using snmp v3.
I have tried passing config.ini files from working racks to the 2 I'm having trouble with but still no joy. I can't understand because the settings are the same.
Would someone recommend a cause of action. I don't want to resort to powering off/on - would that have an effect?
Kind Regards

are you just getting no response from the PDUs? you could try resetting the PDU to defaults (except TCP/IP so you dont lose your IP) which wont affect the outlet's power and try it after that.
