My client has 2 SMX750i UPS units. Unit 1 is loaded with a server (Dell PE T330, 6 HDD) a Samsung PABX and Dlink 24 Port Switch, Unit 2 is loaded with a server (Dell PE T330, 6 HDD) a Telco BDSL Modem and a Draytek firewall appliance.
Both SMX's have a habit of reporting power has failed when in fact it hasn't. Often they report during the night that power has failed, but can also report it during business hours. During business hours staff share the same office as the devices and see no evidence of an interruption to power. The SMX's do report power restored when a genuine power outage takes place, but not when these random events are reported.
From time to time, Unit 1 will shut down the server attached to it (which happens to be their Active Directory Controller) and requires the client to turn the server back on.
I have looked for things like Electric Urns that may be impacting the AC circuit they are connected to, fridges, Air conditioners and had power outlets replaced in case they were faulty. I have also maintained the firmware to the latest release.
What else should I check/test/do?

Hi Shane -
Do you have any Powerchute or Network Management Card logs you could attach? Do the units give any faults?
