SMX750I Outputpower turned off

Hi have several SMX750I

just having this issue with one of them, 

they're all brand new haven't been installed on site yet, this was discovered from initial testing.

this happens whether the battery is in or not, i can force the power on but it will only stay on for seconds

Hi,

You should contact local support. The unit should not report output on output off as it is. Since the unit is new local support will ask you to run a few tests and if needed will provide a replacement.
