Hi,
I have a problem with my APC UPS. I have connected IBM server with 2012r2. On the server is installed and configured PowerChute Business edition. To ups are connected also two switches not communicated with ups. When i'm disconnecting power in to ups it is correctly switching on battery mode. After time which is set in powerchute windows server is correctly shutting down. In startconnect dashboard i see long time battery time. After 5 mins since disconnecting ups is shutting down and loses power, switches have no power. Even if to power strip connected to ups are connected not communicated devices on battery mode it shutdown and cut the power (battery is almost full). UPS is new. Please help.

EDIT: When i don't power on server before i cut the power in to ups and ups don't sent signal to power off server it is working on battery fine to discharge (2 not communicated switches).
