SMT750IC and Firmware upgrade

Hello

I have a recently bought SMT750IC which has a firmware of 3.8, I believe you need 4.1 to set a static IP Address which I would like to do. As I understand the upgrade process you get an event with a link when the update needs to happen. This hasnt happened for mine, is there a way to do a manual check and install.

I went the SmartConnect.apc.com Dashboard - View UPS - UPS Settings route, but could only view my firmware not update it, but I wiill have a go at the firmware update wizard.

If you have registered the UPS on SmartConnect.apc.com you can update the firmware by going to Dashboard - View UPS - UPS Settings. You can also update the firmware via USB. See Schneider Electric FAQ FA279197 for assistance with updating the firmware via USB.
