I have an SMT3000, current firmware revision is UPS 04.0 (ID14) serial number JS1007014441. According to http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/content/?id=FA170679 this is a ID 14 greater than 1000VA and must be updated via the Firmware Update Wizard. However, when I try to update via the wizard, it tells me that it cannot update it. I tried via NMC but this did not appear to work.
What is the current firmware for this unit?
How does one update the firmware?
Thank you.

Thank you. I tried that. The program stated it was not able to upgrade the firmware. Thus my confusion.
