SMT2200RMI2U don't start after power returns
Dear All,
I use SMT220RMI2U smart ups.
When power loss happen, everything works fine (ups waits for a minute, after runs and batch file, waith another two minutes and turn computer off and afte another minute ups turns outlets off.) If power returns until LEDs on top of LCD display of UPS flashes, UPS turns on normally, if power returns when UPS turns off and LED's on top of LCD display turns off, UPS won't turn on after power returns.
If I connect SMT1500I on same computer with same settings in PowerChute, it works fine. Even if its without power for an hour, whet returns it turns on normally.
Anyone has any idea why my UPS don't turn on?
Thank you so much for helping me.
Best regards,
Peter

It is checkd. As I said, If I connect to same computer another UPS (SMT1500) it works well, so the issue is not in copmuter or PowerChute.
I will try to update firmware. It might help.
Regards,
Peter

While connected to the SMT2200 launch the PowerChute Agent. Go to Shutdown - Outlet Sequence and verify that "Automatically turn on all outlet groups when AC utility power returns" is checked. If it is not checked when AC returns the outlets will remain powered off.
