I tried to run the Runtime Calibration Test but the Powerchute refused to run, is it normal for the SMC1500i? Also where can I input the "Device Location" & "Contact Person"? Thanks for any help in advance 🙂

To enter contact information select PowerChute from the menu bar, Click on E-Mail Settings, Contact Information.
