Recently my APC SMART-UPS VT 40kva 400V had a problem with displaying the UPS information (UPS status, load,...) cause it doesn't load its internal system when starting/loading only it shows a blinking arrow in the left side of its display screen. Before it gets there, it had an alarm message " SYSTEM FAILURE DETECTED BY SURVEILLANCE " and the Network Management Card is operating normally but also it can't display UPS information through its Web Interface.
What can I do to access the UPS system content cause it can't load the system?
Is the UPS system recoverable through any means?
