Hello,
I do via APC PowerChute calibration batteries. I do that calibrations on 2years old batteries in UPS. I simulate 33% load on UPS.
Then I start calibration via APC PowerChute. When calibration stop all is looks like normal. But when I simulete more then 33% load UPS start discharging batteries. And I dont know why? Mains is present and in UPS range.
Please tell me where can be problem.

From the screenshot, I can tell the UPS is not on battery power, it is just indicating discharged, versus discharging or on battery. I need to know under battery status, what the reported runtime is when you put this load on the UPS?
I have a feeling that with the load, the UPS runtime is low and is within 2 minutes of a low battery signal time (which by default is two minutes and I cannot find a way you would've changed it via PowerChute). So, when the UPS is online and the runtime is very low, it would say discharged as shown in your screenshot.
The batteries are two years old so it is feasible they are beginning to have a reduced capacity.

OK, so yes, your problem is low runtime which is why you are getting the discharged message. What was the runtime before the calibration?
The other thing that you could do, if possible, is remove AC power from the UPS to see if it actually lasts longer than 2 minutes while running on battery power. The 2 minutes is an estimate so if the estimate is incorrect and the UPS runs for more like 30 minutes, then we have a different problem that we'll need to address. If the UPS runs for 2-3 minutes, then I'd say it is time to replace the batteries.

I dont know what runtime before calibration because I dont looking for that.
I tray disconnect mains and UPS work on battery about 8 minutes on 850W load.
What problem I have now ?

Well, I know its a pain but one thing I want to point out is that since the batteries are two years old, be careful with the amount of discharges your doing on the batteries because then you're going to need to replace them anyway because of all of this testing. Deep discharges on a battery are not good.
I assume the runtime did not update at all after this last test? There is a manual calibration procedure but I don't really want to suggest that because by the time the runtime gets updated, it will be time for new batteries because of all of the testing.
Did you watch the runtime as it ran on battery too in order to see if it 'jumped' around and became more accurate while on battery?

Okay I replace batteries and do runtime calibration via PowerChute.
Batteries is new. But UPS still flashing batteries leds and show me low runtime (2-4 minutes).
Please can you tell me where can be problem ?
I see in others forums: Maybe I need reset battery constant in UPS. But I dont know how.

We cannot give battery constants out here anymore. You can try contacting your local support to see if they will but the calibration should address it. How long did the UPS run for with the software calibration?

Okay I try contacting local support.
I not remember exactly but it is about 25-35 minutes on 35% load.

How can you tell the UPS is discharging its batteries? What indicator is telling you that? What is the reported runtime on the UPS after the calibration and when you simulate the 33% load afterwards?
Could you provide your log files from PowerChute during these tests for us to review?

When PowerChute calibration is complet ( I see it is complete because PowerChute have wrote complete in results) I let recharge batteries. When is full recharge i simulate on UPS 850W load ( bulb ). And then batteries indicator is flashing and when I go in PowerChute to the bookmark Status UPS. I see UPS is discharging but mains is present and it is UPS range. please see picture I meake print screen from PowerChute.
