SMART-UPS 750 (PH00671-18740-757-8230) unable to edit parameters with PCBE AGENT 9.0.3 (WIN 10)

hoping you can help....DLA750 SMART UPS 750 on single home workstation.

unable to change any parameters (battery change date etc)

searched internet ..(no advanced options button, has certificate error, tried uninstalling and reinstall, no joy...

yup i can simply write the date on the outside of the case..if thats the way to go...

any thoughts? ( i was able to enter change date on earlier win7 OS)

Hi Bill! and thanks for your response..the web browser approach worked fine....updated the battery change info...I'm good to go

if i can help you anytime with Stihl Chainsaws, Direct drive Whirlpool washers, Yamaha Grizzly ATV's, Vietnam war era Avionics (like on F4-J's) or cool hand tools like Wilton vises, Mitutoyo calipers, Fluke DMMs etc

Hi,

Can you access the PowerChute Agent web interface? Open a web browser on the system and enter https://127.0.0.1:6547. If the Agent is not available that indicates that the computer is not communicating with the UPS.
