Duplicate discovered devices

Hi, I could not detect a device (SUA1500i) on an old version of Powershute Business Edition hence updated the agent and console to 9.01. However, in the device list configuration the DEVICE is discovered twice but neither are added due to "Failed to apply the configuration profile to server.domain.local".

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
