SMART UPS 750 Firmware Upgrade

HI!

I have a SMART UPS 750 and I can not update the firmware. the UPS has only usb port, not serial port.

The Firmwareupgradewizard 4.1.1 requires a serial port during the procedure.

How can I do to upgrade my UPS?

Hi Paul,

SUA models are an earlier UPS generation, and do not support upgrading the UPS firmware like the current generation UPS models do (current generation model numbers typically begin with SMC/SMT/SMX/SRT).
You can initiate a user commanded Battery Calibration using either the UPS management software (Powerchute Business Edition), or the web interface of a network management card, if you have one installed in the UPS.

Hello.

I have the same issue or I did not get how to update firmware for my ups model SUA750IX38 if I have Windows 10 with UPS connected to PC over USB cable.

When connected UPS using USB cable, Windows recognized it as new device called Smart-UPS 750 FW:651.18.I USB FW:7.4

1) Can I update firmware with it? How?

2) Can I do User Commanded Battery Calibration with it? How?
