SUA3000 Tower - Need the front black battery cover/bezel

Hi 1st post here I have a SUA3000 TOWER UPS - SERIAL JS0641012804 -  that has a missing front BLACK battery cover, I have searched and searched this forum and  EBAY  the web, I finally gave up and emailed APC sales and they told me to contact technical support I have done so but I have not received any call or emails back.  How do you find a part # for?

I have also emailed Coast Tec  and no replies.  Does anyone have any other vendors that deal in spare parts for these bigger ups?

I have a Part # 870-3820A - I have scoured Google and eBay for this part and if you successfully find a vendor that has this part and i purchase the part I will pay you $20 through PayPal ,  We have a tour coming up of potential buyers and are in desperate need of this part.

Scammer's beware I will not pay until i have the part in hand.
