SMART UPS 2200 + PowerChute Network Shutdown

I have installed a smart ups 2200 with the network management card.
I am running VMWARE ESXi 4.0.

Installed the Power Chute Network Shut Down on the Vmware Management Assistant, and configured network management card.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me input if I have this set up right to have this configured correctly to have the guest OS's shut down properly in a power outage.

In Vsphere I have set the Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown to be enabled. Each Guest OS is set to auto start up and stop with the system.

I noticed when I am logged into the Power Chute Network Shutdown console there is a spot to Configure Events. Right now everything is set to Log Event, but nothing is set to Shut Down System.
