The SC1500s do not have an internal temp. sensor, as they are much like the Back-UPS units, and do not have temperature-regulated battery charging, etc. PowerChute has a default set of columns/data that it will try to provide and for UPS' that don't support providing xyz data points, it will just report "N/A" or "not found".
